The Megasystems Security’s ISU features on-board digital video recording, advanced object detection and video analytics systems. Multiple power options include battery, solar, generator and AC.
The module can be also equipped with advanced thermal imaging systems, incandescent lighting or infrared cameras for night surveillance, fixed and/or pan tilt zoom cameras, 2-way audio system. Thanks to the on-board wireless support, the ISU can be monitored live by the Megasystems Security’s Interactive Monitoring Station or the customer him/herself. How Alarm Verification and Intervention Services work:
- An intruder or burglar attempts to break into your Houston’s home or office and triggers the alarm.
- Megasystems Security’s command center receives live video footage of the intrusion, as it is occurring.
- Megasystems Security issues an audio warning to the intruder or the burglar, stating – “You are being monitored and recorded”.*
- The local police department is alerted and directed to the crime in progress.

Alarm Verification – it represents a virtual guard that revise every alarm signal that your existing security alarm detects. If the threat ends up being false, the virtual guard makes note on your account and closes the report. On the other hand if the guard sees the cause of the threat is an intruder, then the police is informed and dispatched to a “Burglary” in progress.
Alarm Intervention – it represents a virtual guard whose purpose is to intervene when a security alarm trigger goes off. The trigger alerts the guard that something or somebody has breached a restricted area. The guard will then get on the intercom and make an announcement, stating something such as “You are in a restricted area, please leave immediately”. Off course the intervention services can be customized on how to handle each security breach.
Guard Patrols – it represents a virtual guard that makes a video tour of your home or business facility on a predetermined schedule to provide visual checks for suspicious behavior.
Audit – is a scheduled check on a specific area, making note of the areas of interest or activities that the manager/owner wants to know about. For example: The manager/owner of a manufacturing plant wants to make sure that all of the workers are wearing their safety hats while they are working. If the audit finds somebody who does not have his/her safety hat on, the manager/owner would receive a report of the case with an attached video clip.

Monitored Openings/Closings – Many businesses such as Jewelry Stores, Pawn Shops, Check Cashing, Banks, and others are required by their company or insurance policy to have at least two people present when closing or opening a store. Megasystems Security’s Monitored Openings/Closings service meets this requirement.
Panic/Suspicion Assistance – it represents a service where a virtual guard is on a constant “stand by” waiting for the panic or suspicion security alarm to be pushed. The guard will then check in to see what the threat is using the video cameras and the two-way audio to assist. Off course the you can customize it how to handle each security breach.
Interactive Doorman – it represents a virtual guard who can screen a person into an un-manned lobby or a gated area. The Doorman can record and check the person’s information, and if his/her personal data meet the requirements of the customer, they can open a door or a gate.
